Located in a small fishing village, only 12 km from UNESCO-protected town of Trogir and 45 km from the lively Split, lovely holiday home ideal for a quiet family vacation.
Owners do not live a site.
Just 2 minutes driving distance from the house to the nearest beaches, village center, promenade, restaurants and coffee shops..
House has 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with queen size beds 160 x 200cm and room with bed 110 x 200cm), fully equipped kitchen ( a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator and a microwave).
Additional roll away bed can be used in a specious living room.
House has air-conditioning, free WiFi and two satellite Smart TVs.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
Private parking up to 3 cars on a spot.
On the estate there is small building with a decorated fireplace for the barbecue.
