Holiday home LERA surrounded by Mediterranean nature has a very pleasant and peaceful accommodation with a sports field. It is a dream destination, located ten minutes from the picturesque town of Rovinj. The property includes a sauna, an outdoor hot tub jacuzzi, large covered terraces, a table tennis table, a relaxation area. A large outdoor playground with artificial grass where you can play football, tennis, basketball, handball. The house is surrounded by a large olive grove and a garden, has a fireplace with barbecue facilities, free WiFi and a covered parking for several cars. This villa is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, contains four (4) separate bedrooms with bathrooms and showers, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. This villa also offers a washing machine. We are proud to be able to offer you a modern and luxurious vacation amidst the splendor of our olive grove. Experience modern luxury in perfect harmony with the rejuvenating beauty of Mediterranean nature.
