Property information

Holiday house Mateo is located on a large family estate in central Istria, near Pazin. Guests have at their disposal a large private yard with a swimming pool (50 m2), next to which there is a fully equipped summer kitchen with a dining table. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, and three air-conditioned bedrooms (two with double beds and one twin room). All rooms of this beautifully decorated holiday home are air-conditioned (5 air conditioners). Parking is provided in a closed yard. The house is located in a secluded location with a beautiful view of the green surroundings. If you want to spend your family vacation in a quiet location, away from the view and noise, then you are in the right place. Pets are not allowed. Restaurants, supermarkets, cultural and sports facilities can be found nearby, while the sea and the beach are about 40 km away or 45 minutes by car. Do we have the house all to ourselves? It is a semi-detached house, the owners live in one part of the house and the other part of the house is intended for guests. Two parts are completely isolated from each other. All areas in the house and outside (garden and pool) are private, only for guests!

Numerous beaches, natural parks and resorts can be reached in just 40 minutes by car. The private pool in the beautifully landscaped garden in front of the house allows you to always enjoy the crystal clear water and relaxing greenery.
