House Hedera II is located in Sveti Jakov, one of the most prestigious parts of Dubrovnik with private villas and lush Mediterranean vegetation within only 15 minute walking distance to Old town. Small rocky beach is some hundred steps below and Sv Jakov' beach is 15 minute walk away.
House Hedera II is a three-story Dalmatian stone house. Each story is 40 m2 large. The ground floor consists of living room, dining area, full kitchen and half bathroom with washing machine. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with bath tub. On the third floor there are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Two of the four bedrooms have queen size bed and the other two have 140 cm wide double bed. Air Conditioning units are in the bedrooms and living room. There are two terraces in front of the house: covered terrace with dining table and 8 chairs and another terrace with BBQ, shower and sun loungers. The property comes with private parking space for one medium sized vehicle. Amenities include AC in all rooms, Wireless Internet access, SAT TV, HI-FI, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, iron/ironing board and parking.
