House Hedera is a modern semi-detached house on two levels that can accommodate up to 8 guests. It consists of 3 bedrooms, an open plan living room / dining room / kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, balcony, private swimming pool and parking. The ground floor contains 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, dining area and living room. New built infinity swimming pool and main terrace are right outside the spacious living room. The second terrace with built-in BBQ and patio table with 8 chairs is on the other side of the house. Heading upstairs to the first floor guests will find the third bedroom and bathroom with shower. The bedroom also leads onto a 30 m2 balcony with outside lounge and amazing views to the sea, Gruz harbour and Lapad peninsula. House Hedera has private garage and parking place outside. Amenities include: Air-conditioning in all rooms, SAT-TV in all rooms, Netflix stream smart TV (living room), Wireless Internet, full kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave; washing machine, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, BBQ
