Property information

The house is located in Tomovi, a suburb of Labina. A local asphalt road passes by the building, while the building itself is located on the edge of the forest, surrounded by a beautiful garden, ornamental trees, flowers, fruit trees and vines. The owners of the farm grow seasonal vegetables as well as poultry whose products are offered for sale. Children have at their disposal a children’s playground with a swing, a play house and a slide. For adults there is a large covered terrace with garden furniture. Holidays in the spring are especially noteworthy when you are awakened by the chirping of birds, the singing of roosters, and greenery and flowers around you, and in early autumn with plenty of autumn fruits (grapes, kiwis, shifts)

On a hill, only 3 km from the tourist-famous Rabac, is Labin, a charming medieval town where all the beauties of Istria are depicted. Narrow stone streets intertwine numerous architectural and cultural-historical sights and the colors of traditional buildings and houses give a special charm. Numerous art studios are a paradise for lovers of antiques and cultural tourism and gourmets will enjoy the rich flavors of wine and traditional Istrian specialties. Wandering through the narrow streets, you can reach the top of the old town, Fortica, which offers a magnificent view of the entire Kvarner.
