This beautiful and cozy house is located right next to the small river. It´s location is very peaceful, ideal for the perfect getaway, and it´s only 10 min drive away from Split! You can walk by the river that leads you to the beach (about 10 min of walking or a 4 min drive). This accommodation includes usage of entire house, garden, swimming pool, terrace with really nice view, BBQ grill and play area for children (slide, two swings, trampoline and climbing elements).

There is only a few houses around us, so the neighborhood is quite peaceful. Neighbours are busy with agriculture in the afternoon. Next to the house there is a promenade that stretches down the river so the walk is quite pleasant. Also, there is a golf course about 500 meters from the house. We have 2 parking spaces in front of house. Bus station is few minutes of walking but it is much more convenient to arrive with car. Also you can use Uber, because it is less expensive than Taxi.
