ISTRIEN-ADRIA is a 96m2 apartment situated above the Rabac harbour bay with an incredible view of
Kvarner, surrounded by a garden of laurel forest, olive trees and Mediterranean herbs that we use
for preparing meals. The 140m2 terracotta tile terrace features an outdoor fireplace and a barbecue.
The beaches are only 300m away and you can reach them on foot. The apartment is designed for
family tourism and its special feature is that guests have their own private entrance from the public
stairs without having to encounter other guests. The apartment is fully equipped for hosting 1-6
people. A shop is 100m away, city center 200m away, a bus stop 200m away and the sea promenade
is 200m away. Guests have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a hallway as well as a
living room that can be used as a bedroom at their disposal.
Two members of our team have 29 years of experience in renting apartments. We have been in the
business since 1997 and we have gained a lot of experience in providing services. We stand at your
disposal 24 hours a day. We want our guests to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay in our apartment
