Apartment is fully air conditioned with 3 units, one in each rooms plus one in living room. Pretty much everything is brand new and internet wired. The surface of the apartment is 100 square meters on first floor. It can be rented for a couple to 8 persons max. Nearest beach in Stobreč is around 500 meters from the apartment.

The space
Apartment offers accommodation in Split for maximum 8 persons , location is 6 km from Diocletian's Palace, 4 km from two of the most famous beaches Žnjan and Bačvice and 2km from big shopping centers City Center One Split and Mall of Split. Guests can enjoy the outdoor terrace. Apartment is unique and ideal for those who like to blend pure nature , modern and ancient atmosphere. Apartment is rented to the same guests , there is no mixing of guests who do not know each other .
Apartment is equipped with all new home appliances, furniture, big kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, android tv, dining room and all the necessary things to enjoy.
Guests can enjoy in quietly place, just 6 km afar from center of Split. They can enjoy the beautiful and peaceful surroundings , and can be in the city center in 7 minutes by car . If you really need a break for body and soul , but also like city traffic, this apartment is the best choice for you and your friends or family.
