Krk Patak. It is a 10,000m2 property with a 1896 stone house. Completely renovated and made old/new. If you look at the photos, you will get an idea of the space. It is very quiet, has a lot of privacy and a lot of space. Very close to Krk Center and beaches.
I live in Krk and can help you with anything you need. Boat/ fish, food, beaches, transport. Just ask
The property is 1km away from city center. About 200m from supermarket (LIDL, Konzum, Plodine) Any beach is about 1km away. Very quiet, very private, but very close to everything. You will love it.
