Kaja House is located in Vlaka, a small village inside the Northern Velebit National Park, halfway between Senj and Karlobag. Facilities on two floors can accommodate four people. The kitchen, bathroom and one room on the ground floor and another bedroom in the attic space make for the atmosphere of a mountain cottage, with a beautiful view of the Adriatic and the Dalmatian islands of Rab, Cres and Pag. The area around the house with a large garden is bordered by old stone drywalls, and beyond there is the intact nature of the rocky Velebit. In Kaja House, guests can enjoy complete peace and quiet. The house has electricity and is supplied with water from a reservoir (automatic pump), and it boasts technological commodities such as wi-fi internet connection and air conditioning. You can park your car in front of the house, and at night the starry sky and the garden illumination are the only lights you will see around fairy-tale Kaja House, before the backdrop of the Velebit slopes with fig, olive, almond and ash trees, among others.
If you need specific help during your stay, your hosts can get to Vlaka in two hours, and good neighbors in the immediate vicinity are available immediately. Welcome.
Nearest access to the beaches is at five to seven kilometers, in the direction of Stinica and Jablanac. Stinica also has a ferry port for the island of Rab. The trip takes 15 minutes and departures are available throughout the day. Nearby is the road to Štirovača, which leads to the Northern Velebit National Park. There is untouched nature all around but also the familiarity of a small village, as well as the immediate vicinity of beautiful landscapes such as nearby Zavratnica bay, designed for lovers of nature and silence.
