Located in a quiet Istrian village, this villa is an ideal accommodation for 4 people in 90 square metres. The large sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional 2 people. The living area of the villa has direct access to the private pool in the villa's garden and is flooded with light thanks to the large glass surface. The living room is connected to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. However, the kitchen is not the only place where you can prepare your meals; on the spacious covered terrace in front of the villa you will find a gas barbecue, as well as a sink and crockery. If you are spending your holiday with children, apart from the private pool, they can also have fun with badminton or on the slide and swing. There are a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the villa. One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Central Istria is a beautiful region with many small medieval towns with good restaurants, cafés, wineries and shops. Svetvinenat and Vodnjan are two such towns and are within 10 km of the villa.
