It also has a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. In front of the apartment, there is a large fenced yard and a garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. The property contains a key box that allows guests to come and leave without contacting the host. The apartment also offers secure parking within the fenced yard, and upon arrival, guests receive a remote control to open and close the gate.
