Company information

In 2003, our family decided to move from a large city to the countryside next to the sea and enjoy the peaceful life. We exchanged the rush and stress with peace and tranquility (we just can not imagine not being woken by the bird chirping in the morning ever again :) ) For the last few years, we have welcomed  travelers and adventurers in our family home and we enjoyed every moment of that time and every story they have brought and every new story that they have left with.

Property information

We would kindly invite you into our warm family home. The house is located just 100m away from the beach, so you can take a rest from driving, and lies on the top of the hill.  If you are looking for a quiet place with a stunning view for  family vacation, then you are at the right place! Situated just 5 km to the North of Zadar, it is an ideal destination,  a little piece of heaven with a tranquil and friendly atmosphere.  You will enjoy the view of the sea and the whole Zadar archipelago from the terrace and from the windows of each room completed with the amazing sunset. Enjoy the lovely garden and swim in a heated pool (April-October),  or relax in the garden's hot-tub. You can cook over a fire pit in a large private garden, surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees. Walk to a nearby bakery, or a small grocery store in the mornings to get fresh local produce. The community of Kožino is a calm and peaceful place, but very close to the city that is bursting with life, restaurants, bars and museums. So close to the city and yet so far away...
