* studio apartman se nalazi u centru Gradca. 5 metara od mora, smješten je u prizemlju kuće. *nema stepenica. *Uz njega se nalazi caffe bar s koktelima. *s lijeve strane nalazi se novo uređeni trg što je pogodno za djecu i igru. * (nudimo video monitor, ukoliko imate malu djecu) tako da mirno ispred možete popiti kavu/koktel. *Imajte u vidu da ste u samom centru i da je moguća buka, iako je izolacija dosta dobra. *prva godina iznajmljivanja. *parking je udaljen 30m. *bonus dvije ležaljke / stolice i suncobran za plažu. * novo uređena šetnica, glavna riva. Next to it is a cafe bar with cocktails. on the left side there is a newly decorated square, which is suitable for children and playing. (we offer a video monitor, if you have small children) so you can have a coffee/cocktail quietly in front. Keep in mind that you are in the very center and that there is a lot of noise, although the isolation is quite good. first year of rental. parking is 30m away. bonus two sunbeds/chairs and a beach umbrella.
