This completely new luxury villa is located on a hill above the small romantic town of Vrbnik with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor of the villa, which is completely paved with the famous stone from the island of Brač (as well as the entire environment of the villa), there is a spacious living room, a kitchen with all appliances and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room, guests have direct access to the pool, which offers an open view of the sea and greenery. The pool is 38 m2 in size, has massage benches and a waterfall. Around the pool on the terrace there are deckchairs, a sitting set with a large umbrella, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. On the first floor of the villa there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two rooms have their own large terrace, and from all rooms you can enjoy the view of the sea and the old town of Vrbnik when you wake up in the morning.
