Property information

The luxury villa Manatis is located on a hill in the wine village of Vrbnik, next to Villa Moana, surrounded by olive trees and stands out with its modern architecture from the rustic atmosphere. A large sandy area to relax or exercise, a pool over 12 meters long and a pool house with sauna invite you to enjoy the sea view. In 2022 the construction of Villa Manatis began on a spacious plot only 250m from the sea and in July 2023 the luxury villa will be opened for you.

Neighbourhood information

Vrbnik is a place with a special atmosphere, located on a huge rock by the sea. With a view of the Kvarner Bay, the illuminated old town of Vrbnik and the opposite town of Novi Vinodolski, you are only 250 meters from the sea. A footpath leads to the nearest beach or along the coast to secluded bays around Vrbnik with a pebble beach. Vrbnik is located on the east of the island of Krk in the beautiful Kvarner Bay in Croatia. The place is known for pleasant Mediterranean climate, crystal clear water and famous Žlahtina wine. In addition to rest and relaxation away from mass tourism, you will find numerous activities, events and attractions in the immediate vicinity on the island of Krk.
