Extremely spacious, ( 145 m2 ), airy, minimalistly furnished and yet very comfortable 2-storey apartment, with a large open space for relaxation, work and dining, with 4 rooms and 3 terraces overlooking the city or the green forest of Maksimir park and residential gardens .
Separated from the city crowds, but yet close to all amenities that one metropolis offers.
In the circle cca 3 km is the main square ( "Jelačić" ), the Cathedral, famous Park "Zrinjevac", the walking streets "Tkalčićeva" or "Ilica",the shopping centers "Cvjetni" or "Importanne centar".
You need only 20 minute drive to the airport, and you have on disposition free garage and parking space in front of garage.
