LIVING APARTMENT The fully equipped Living Apartment (36m2) is located on the second floor of the"Fredys" building and impresses visitors with its unobstructed view of the harbour in Stari Grad. The unit is reached via a staircase and has one smaller (approx. 5.5m2) and one larger (approx. 11m2) bedroom. Both air-conditioned bedrooms are comfortably furnished, boasting a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a queen-size bed (140cm x 200cm) respectively, as well as a TV with Netflix. The minimalist kitchen comprises built-in units with full kitchen equipment and a dining area or seating area. The apartment’s shower-bathroom is small and scores points with its functionality and useful accessories. The Living Apartment accommodates a maximum of four guests and is well suited for couples with one child or two children or three adults. GENERAL – EQUIPMENT The apartments are equipped with bed linen from the brand Fussenegger (Made in Austria) for the number of persons booked and an initial supply of towels from the brand Vossen (Made in Austria), as well as tea towels. Note: The towels are not for external use. Beach towels can be reserved in addition (see extra: "Fredys Beach Bag"). The building is located in the car-free part of Stari Grad. Public parking is available nearby, but please note that there is no access by car, even for arrival and departure. We are happy to provide you with one free parking space per flat. He is located 5/10 minutes walk from the flat. Because of the historical architecture, access to the apartment is not wheelchair-friendly or barrier-free. The apartment can only be reached via a relatively steep flight of steps.
