4 stars Studio apartment Margarita is modern and cosy, perfect for a couple. The floor of the building is recently built so almost everything in the apartment is new. It has small but functional kitchen with microwave, comfortable bed and modern bathroom with washing machine. Maybe the best part of the apartment is large private terrace where you can relax and enjoy your vacation. In the high season, we also provide free (public) parking for our guests on the street.

It's situated in the very center of Opatija near to the city botanical park (100m walking distance), beach (250m), bus station (100m) and with market, fish market, post office and supermarket in the same street. Just 50m from our object is a great restaurant (Istranka) serving grilled specialites and delicious local pastries. Everything you can possibly need is in this neighbourhood, right next to apartment or in only few minutes walking distance!
