This beautiful house is made to enjoy in the family atmosphere! It is located in a small tourist place, near Trogir, Marina municipality. The whole place is on the coast and abounds in beaches to enjoy . The house consists of a living room with kitchen, three bathrooms with walk in showers, 4 double bedrooms and a fifth, the so-called, FUN ROOM, conceived as a small children's living room, equipped with board games, a large TV and Play Station 4! Each room upstairs is equipped with smart TV with Netflix and air conditioning . There is a laundry room, which consists of a washing machine and dryer, with a ironing set. In the house garden there is a swimming pool, lounge, outdoor kitchen with outdoor dining area. On the north side of the house is a small space in the shade, for youngest to play. The beach and the nearest restaurant are 100 meters from the house. A grocery store is some 200 meters away. Airport is eight kilometers away. Trogir is a fifteen minute drive if you want to feel the crowds and a bit of nightlife. Split is a half hour drive if you want shopping and enjoying the bigger city. Come and relax, and enjoy the the sea, sun and peace. You are always welcome here!
