The beautifully decorated apartments are located in a family house in an excellent location in Porec. It is located next to the city beach, pine forest and promenade at the entrance to the city center. It is ideal for relaxing or having a great time, enjoying with the family on the beach, or participating in sports activities. The apartments are only 2.6 km away from the Aquacolors Poreč water park. If you are looking for a quiet place and at the same time be in the center of events, the apartments are a great choice. Located in the true heart of Porec, this property offers an excellent location. You can rent bikes nearby or enjoy great restaurants. The marina is only 100 meters away. You can take the small tourist train to the Green or Blue Lagoon. Free street parking is available near the apartment. Dogs are allowed with prior notice and a fee, but only in the apartment. Dogs are not allowed in the studio apartment.

Novo Naselje is part of the town of Poreč, 150 m from the city center and only about 100 m from the Adriatic Sea and beautiful newly decorated beaches. It is located south of the city center and is characterized by a series of private houses and villas with old and lush pines that provide shade and refreshment in the hot summer months. Along the beaches there are numerous sports facilities, children's playgrounds and a number of restaurants and bars where you can eat and enjoy. There is a mall called Riva Mall in this part of town so you don't need a car because everything is at your fingertips. On foot or by bike, you can visit the beautiful bays and enjoy the magnificent nature that will enchant you and make you always return to this beautiful area. The area is perfect for families who want a quiet break and yet be close to downtown and beaches. This is why this part of the city offers something that can hardly be found anywhere in this combination.
