Holiday house Julian is located 4 km from Rovinj, on a large property of 1.500 m2. The beautiful sea view will take your breath away. Rovinj is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia, so you will be within a 5-minute drive from many summer events. Guests can enjoy full privacy, a beautiful garden with a 32 m2 swimming pool, and a children's playground. In the garden, you can see olive trees, various flowers, grapes, and apple trees. The house is surrounded by greenery. The ground floor terrace is covered and it features an outdoor fireplace/barbecue, an outdoor dining table, and a pleasant shade. Guests can enjoy a view of the sea from the terrace. Sea view is also provided from the balcony with the lounge seating area, providing the perfect stress relief. The house consists of a ground floor and 1st floor (1st floor is not available - locked and not used by anyone). 2 bedrooms and living room can accommodate 6 people. You have one double bed, 2 single beds, and a queen-size bed. The living room has air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The nearest beach, Cisterna, is 1 km from the property. The house is 32 km away from the airport in Pula. The restaurant "Stancija Collis" is just 1.5 km away and the supermarket "Plodine" is 5 km from the house. If you want to visit Porec, Pula, Brijuni or other Istrian attractions, you can reach them by car within 20 - 30 minutes.
