The Lanterna is a wooded peninsula in the northernmost part of the Poreč Riviera (9 km from Poreč, 7 km from Novigrad). The Camping Lanterna is large and modern (restaurants, bars, pizzeria, fast-food, supermarket, a fruit and vegetables stand, bakery, fresh fish shop, shop selling souvenirs and homemade products, ATM and currency Exchange office), and is one of the best facilities of its kind on the Adriatic (new flower beds and parks). The Victoria Lux and Lux Grand mobile homes are situated 400 m from the "Kras" beach, near to the swimming pools for children, Beaches are typical Istrian, 3 km long, alternating with pebbles, stones and concrete panels with well-maintained access to the water, water footwear recommended. Area consists of 2 sets of newly-refurbished swimming pools (with seawater and fresh water), tennis courts, beach volleyball and multipurpose sports ground, minigolf, diving centre and hire centre for water attractions. Fun animation programmes for children and adults every day. Cycle hire, car hire and scooter hire nearby. Tips for trips: Poreč, Novigrad, Lim Bay, Rovinj, Vrsar, Pula, Brijuni, Venice.
