Welcome to our elegant and modern 4-bedroom villa in Bibinje, just 10 minutes from Zadar's center. This spacious 250m² home offers luxury and comfort for up to 8 guests. Each bedroom features an en suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, fridge, blender, and children's kitchenette with a high chair. Relax in the expansive living room with a large TV and Netflix. Enjoy the dedicated gaming room with a PS5 and yearly game subscription, and a professional workspace for remote work. Step outside to find a 9x4m swimming pool with a waterfall feature, an 8-person jacuzzi, and a shaded barbecue area with a dining table for 8. The natural grass garden includes a badminton net, a small dollhouse for children, and plenty of leisure space. Special discounts on bike and electric scooter rentals are available for exploring the area. The villa has 5 parking spaces and exterior security cameras that can be covered or turned off upon request.
