Property information

Beautiful Villa Sol Anima is located in a village Cervari, near Tinjan - famous Istrian town of prosciutto. This contemporary house was built in 2015, it has 620 mq of fenced garden and it can accommodate up to seven persons. The villa consists of a big comfortable living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary modern cooking appliances and a dining area, two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed, two bathrooms with showers and an additional separate toilet. The couch in the living room can be used as an additional double bed. The house is fully air-conditioned. Outside you can find a private pool and next to the pool, there's a patio with a BBQ grill, an outdoor seating and a dining area. By the pool, you can also find sunbeds and an outdoor shower. Private parking is at your disposal.

Jakovici is a smal village near Tinjan-The City of Istrian ham Tinjan is a small town in inland Istria, on the road connecting Poreč with Pazin. There are only 17 km from Poreč and the closest beaches as Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches. East of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Region of Istria, known for its medieval castle Kaštel, the National Archive and Zarečki krov-known also as Pazin's swimming pool.
