New modern luxury house, situated on a private plot with large garden and pool. Situated on a private plot of 850 m2. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace and sitting area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge + freezer, coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster and dishwasher. Also bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the first floor are two bedrooms with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, a covered terrace with a perfect view of the pool and the garden. On the lower ground floor the guests have a summer kitchen with big dining table and a bathroom with shower on their disposal. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. There is a private car park for your car. Villa Vesna is perfect for a relaxing holiday in luxury.!

Jakovici is a small village near Tinjan-The city of the Istrian ham. Tinjan is a small town in inland Istria, on the road connecting Porec with Pazin. It is only 17 km from Porec and the nearest beaches Plava and Zelena Laguna. Porec is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and the beautiful beaches. East of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Istria region, known for its medieval castle fort, the National Archives and Zarecki krov.
