Villa Mare has been built as a private villa for our family holidays. The 'finishing touch' and the furniture were completed and placed in the beginning of July 2021. When our families are not in the villa, it is open for rent. For all who are considering a stay at our family villa (named at my father Mare), please feel welcome to enjoy the luxury of a brand new villa with a lot of facilities and privacy. The location is at a calm and quiet residential area, with points of interest at a walking distance.
This villa is rented out by Mare and his son Mario, when they are not staying there themselves. Mare and Mario enjoy the laidback Mediterrean life. They know all the fine spots for swimming, dining, entertainment and more. They will welcome you personally to ensure a perfect start of your holiday.
Some 200 meters from the villa, there is the city nature reservate Sijanska Suma (forest), which is well known for its fresh air, with open fields and trees, picknick possibilities, with numerous hiking trails, outdoor gym facilities, table tennis and other fun activities. There is a venue to eat and drink as well. Near the villa there is also a wellness (Skladno Tijelo) which is popular. The public bus stops nearby and can take you to the city centre of elsewhere. Pula has several malls and the closest one you can walk to (including supermarkets). Further down the road is also club Stella, and if you like a bit further there is a go-kart and pizzeria.
