Apartments Ali & El stand out because of their location - located in a building in a quiet neighborhood near the city center, city beaches (from either side) and all major attractions. Apartment Ali has a beautiful balcony at the very top of the building with a romantic spacious view of the sea and the old town that leaves no one indifferent, while Studio El highlights a balcony overlooking the backyard, which is most days in deep shade. Apartment Ali has a free private parking in front of the building, and apartment El has a free card for the public parking in front of the building. Each accommodation unit includes a flat-screen satellite TV, free WIFI, air conditioning, a refrigerator and a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine. The apartment and studio also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a hob and oven, an electric kettle, a toaster and a mocca coffee machine.
Hello, we are Alida and Danijel, husband and wife. Together we embarked on this adventure of renting apartments and we wish each guest a welcome, pleasant, relaxed and safe stay in Rovinj and in our apartments. Alida was born and raised in Rovinj and adores every corner of it, and Danijel is an Istrian son-in-law from Zagreb :) We love to travel, hike, good food, good company and good music. We are both lovers of Istria, we love both the sea and the interior of Istria. We are at your disposal for all inquiries and any help that would make your experience of staying in Rovinj as pleasant and relaxed as possible.
Near the apartments within 300 m there is a shop and several restaurants. The Main Bus Station is 700 meters from the property. The ferry port from which you go to the island of Sv. Andrew and St. Katarina is 1 km away. The Old Town with its sights and various beaches are within 1 km of the property. Pula Airport is 39 km away.
