NEW IN YEAR 2025: PRIVATE ELECTRIC CAR CHARGERS ON SITE FOR EACH VILLA! Beautiful brand new villas opened in August 2019. Only 1km away from picturesque medieval town of Motovun/Montona and just 20 minutes drive from the Adriatic sea, this may be a perfect spot for your great vacation in green-and-blue Istria. Each villa can accommodate up to 8 people. All 4 bedrooms are situated in the first floor, each bedroom with large and comfortable en-suite bathroom. Ground floor in each villa is consists of spacious open area with kitchen, dining area and living room. The whole family would have a lot of fun with 7ft table pool, table football or electronic darts. Large covered outdoor dining area with built-in barbecue and outdoor kitchenette guarantees enjoyable evenings for the whole company. Swimming pools are heated and infinity edge enables you astonishing view to the river Mirna valley. Shaded lounge is a perfect spot for a glass of Istrian Malvasia by the pool.
Six wineries within 4,5km from villas, seven Michelin Recommended restaurants within 30km. Motovun is famous truffle area, you may join truffle hunting with organised tours around. It is perfect for byking tours. Three 18-holes golf courses are within 60km
