Sea view Villa Rica is an amazing newly built holiday home located on elevated ground away from the tourist crowds, in the peaceful village of Podvrsje. With it's beautiful sea view terrace and a private heated swimming pool, it can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 6 guests. Villa Rica provides spectacular panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and has a thoughtfully designed interior, featuring 2 elegant air-conditioned bedrooms, a contemporary bathroom, an extra toilet, and a generous living/dining space. From there, you have direct access to an amazing covered sea view terrace equipped with a barbecue and a dining table for 6. Outdoor area also consists of your small heated pool, a sun shower, parasols and deckchairs. Plenty of private parking space is secured as well as a fast Wi Fi connection.

Your holiday home provides a great location as the nearest sandy beach is located less than 3 km downhill in Ljubac, and at the same distance you'll be also able to access several beaches in Razanac. Zadar with its famous old town is only a short 15-20 minute car drive away. Pag Island which is connected to the mainland via a bridge can be found at a distance of 15 km. Also 15 km away but in another direction, you'll find the lovely town of Nin, known for its sandy beaches, while NP Paklenica is only a 30 minute drive away. All this makes Sea view Villa Rica a great base to relax, yet to be able to easily explore the rest of this beautiful region.
