Villa Fine Touch is a beautiful newly constructed holiday home located in Biograd na Moru, only a short 10 minute walk from the nearest beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist crowds, it offers a peaceful stress free vacation for a group of up to 8 persons. During the visit by My Dalmatia we were impressed by its elegant design and a great outdoor lounge area with jacuzzi. The tastefully furnished interior spreads over 160 m² and features 2 levels. Upstairs you will find 3 air/conditioned bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a balcony. On the ground level there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining room, an additional toilet and a spacious and well lit living room. From there you have direct access to a lovely covered terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, barbecue facilities and a jacuzzi. In your fully fenced courtyard you will also find a sun shower and a children's playground. - A maximum of 2 well behaved pets are allowed upon request (for a surcherge of 20 EUR/night per pet)

A supermarket is 200 m away, while restaurants, cafes and bakeries can all be reached in a 3 minute car drive. Nature Park Lake Vrana is only 5 km away and both Zadar and Sibenik are half an hour away. This makes Villa Fine Touch a perfect starting point to explore the rest of this interesting region.
