Old Stone House for rent in the old village of Gornja Podstrana with pool and outdoorkitchen with all amenities. The house was built in 1796 and renovated in 2020/2021. Old stone house is situated in the old village of Gornja Podstrana, which is a historical protected area.The house consist of 2 floors with a total of approx 65 m2. On the first floor there is a kitchen and a livingroom, with a toilet and a washing machine. 2 bedrooms on the second floor with queen size beds and a bathroom. Beautiful view over the islands and the city of Split. Podstrana has a wide variety of recreational activities such as walking paths, hiking and biking trails. There is free private parking on site. 2 bicycles available. House is located high up in the hills with amazing views, so a car or good motorcycle is recommended.
