My apartment is categorized with 4 stars and situated on the ground floor of a stone villa. The adress of the apartment is Ante Topića Mimare 36. It is 40m2 large with a large private terrace (60m2) overlooking the sea and the Old town. Our street is very quiet with very little traffic as it is a dead end street, practically only residents drive on it. On the terrace you can enjoy complete privacy as it is completely shielded from views from all sides.
The apartment consist of one spacious and sunny double room, kitchen&dining room& living room with two single beds, bathroom and a spacious terrace with outdoor kitchen and the loggia. The bedroom is spacious and sunny with a sea view and large balcony doors. There are two single beds (dim, 90x200cm each bed) that have no lateral sides so can be put together and form one fixed comfortable king bed - dimensions 180cmx200cm). From both the room and loggia you can enjoy a view on the Old town Dubrovnik, the sea and the island of Lokrum. In the living room there are also two single beds that can't form a double bed. The bathroom is spacious with a nice walk-in shower (150cmx100cm large) and a laundry machine. There are two kitchens, one inside the apartment with a large fridge and a freezer, electric ceramic cooking stove, microwave, sink and dish machine. The outdoor kitchen is on the terrace, under the wooden roof, with a large sink and a gas stove and barbecue/grill. I'm Katarina and I'm born in Dubrovnik but currently live in Split. I rent my apartment in our family house in Dubrovnik and I spend in Dubrovnik 2-3 weeks in July or August during my summer holidays. I know Dubrovnik and its surroundings very well and I am available to guests in person if I am in Dubrovnik or via messages for any information or assistence. If I am not in Dubrovnik, my mother Buga, who lives in the same house on n.34 is always available to guests. We both speak fluent english and italian,
The house is located on the very end of Ante Topića Mimare street (cul de sac street with very little traffic). From my house you can reach the Old town on foot in 5 minutes. The cable car station for mountain Srđ is less than 2 minutes walking distance and beach Banje and boat for Lokrum island is app. 10 minutes walking distance. Closest bus stop is in front of the cable car for mountain Srđ (2 min walking distance but downhill). The closest supermarket is app. 3-4 walking distance. In the Old town and in the immediate vicinity there are plenty of restaurants that are mostly open from 8 or 9 a.m till 11 p.m, some bars are open till 1 a.m. If you arrive by car please note that we don't offer parking in our facility.
All our guests arriving by car are kindly requested to take into account that the city of Dubrovnik introduced a limited traffic zone around the Old Town on June 2, 2025, and entry into this zone for non residents is only allowed on the basis of a special pass, which can only be obtained if parking is reserved within the zone itself. If you want to reserve parking within the zone, please contact me and I will recommend you the closest and affordable parking facilities in the zone. Please note that during high season, parking should be reserved at least a week in advance due to high demand. I don't recommend renting a car in Dubrovnik due to expensive parking in all areas of the city. I recommend to take transfer from the airport ( we assist our guests with booking licensed taxi driver with permission to enter the restricted traffic zone around Old town= or Uber. More informations regarding the special traffic regulation zone around Dubrovnik's historic Old town you can find on this link: A special traffic regulation zone around Dubrovnik's historic Old City.
