Peaceful Villa Fioretta with inside surface of 120 m2 and outdoor property of 1300 m2 is situated in small village Kakma, 8km away from centre of Biograd in quiet & sunny position. Very relaxing & spacious green surrounding with outdoor swimming pool, barbecue zone, covered terrace, outdoor showers and 2 free parking places. Villa is equipped with everything you need on vacation: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, terrace & kitchen. WIFI is free, small dogs allowed & baby cot.
Shop 300 m, restaurant 8 km, pebble beach 8 km, public bathing area 8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vransko jezero 12 km. Cosy, family-friendly town with 5'300 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, 28 km south from Zadar, 40 km north from Sibenik. All shops, restaurants etc. in the surrounding. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 25 - 30 km.
