Three-bedroom penthouse apartment with huge terrace, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen & bbq and an amazing city, sea & mountain view above the old town centre. Garage parking space for 1 car included. NO LOUD MUSIC, NOISE OR BREAKING THE HOUSE RULES ALLOWED! THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A BUILDING WHERE OTHER PEOPLE LIVE, AND A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD! MISBEHAVIOUR WON'T BE TOLERATED!!!! This new, modern and nicely decorated and furnished penthouse apartment is located in a new building above the old town centre. The best feature this penthouse offers is the huge terrace with outdoor showers, sunbathing area, outdoor dining area and kitchen with bbq. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking... the whole city, sea and the islands seem like they're on the palm of your hand. The apartment consists of an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with a big smart TV, three bedrooms- each with AC and Tvs, two bathrooms with walk-in showers and one toilet. The apartment is spacious, bright with a lot of natural light, has AC in every room, Wi-Fi and is fully equipped with all the appliances you might need for a relaxed holiday.
I'm here to help you and give you local tips! I live in the same building just one floor below the penthouse so I will be at your disposal. If I'm not at home I'm a phone call away. The neighbours or I won't tolerate any noise, parties and misbehaviour. If that's what you're into this is not a property for you.
