Our house Riviera Blue is situated in a big Garden with over than 30 trees. It is fully new, specious, modernly furnished with a great sea view. We have been working hard for last 6 Years to be able to provide our guests service and commodity they deserve while being on holiday. We try to live with the nature, so in our garden there are vegetables, fruits and chicken that provide eggs for your breakfast. We are a couple working in tourism the last 16 years. We organize boat trips along the beautiful Opatija Riviera a we have built our new house for the guests. We would very much like you to come to our house to enjoy the view, the nature, the sound of the birds, the culture, the gourmet restaurants and our beautiful Adriatic sea. We can advise you where to go and what to do in the area. We have contacts to local food and wine producers as well as fishermen. Opric is a part of the town of Opatija, yet only 20 minutes from the old town of Lovran. It is only 10 minutes walk distance to the sea promenade that connects the small fishermen village Volosko with the ancient town of Lovran in all together 12 km. Around our home there are very nice neighbors, there is no car noise, there are some dogs and cats as well as lots of birds. The air is very clean due to lots of trees and the sea. Opric is connected with a public bus with Lovran with the best restaurants, Opatija with the best coffeshops, Rijeka with the best marketplace, Medveja with unique beach, Moscenicka Draga with the biggest beach as well as nudist one and Brsec where you even can play golf. We are at one hour car distance from Porec, Pula, Rovinj, Hum, Motovun, Buzet, Pazin and even Triest. Our beautiful islands Krk and Cres are also not very far away. Opric is a perfect place to stay on holiday because it is not far away from the center and yet very peaceful. You can enjoy it in the summer as well as in the winter time.
