Property information

The secluded holiday home Capitano in the magnificent Smokovje bay is an ideal destination for a pleasant holiday. It is conveniently located just 4 kilometres from the renowned Bol resort and just 5 kilometres from the world-famous Zlatni Rat beach. Capitano lies on a beautiful piece of land with vineyards. A large, shady terrace is attached to the house, with seating and a large grill for pleasant moments with family and friends. A gently sloping path with vineyards on both sides descends to the beautiful pebble beach under the house. The beach offers a graceful view of the sea and the opposite island of Hvar. Boat owners will appreciate the mooring at the beach under the house. To get to Smokovje by car from the Bal resort, take the seaside tarmac road (about 4 kilometres). After reaching the place, park your car at the roadside about 200 metres from the house. Only utility water is available, clients bring their own drinking water. Hot water is obtained from a sun-heated water tank. Two beds are available in a duplex above the bedroom accessible via a ladder.
