This delightful Dalmatian stone house is located on the southern side of the sunny island of Hvar - in the Kozja Bay. The property is located directly by the sea and offers its guests a peaceful and undisturbed summer vacation. In the bay there are other houses that are rented during the summer. The terrace has a beautiful view of the turquoise sea and the bay, where you can spend pleasant summer evenings with family and friends. There is a boiler in the bathroom and a standard electrical outlet, a fridge and a freezer in the house. The advantage of this house is, among other things, central heating, which allows rental in spring and autumn. The last section of the road from Zaglav to Kožja Bay is about 800 metres after macadam. *You should not miss this information* Restrictions on electricity in the building: »there are standard electrical sockets in the building »in case of bad weather, there may even be a power outage Water restrictions: »water must be saved »hot water is heated by solar energy (solar panels) »cold and hot water is supplied to the kitchen »cold and hot water is supplied to the bathroom » drinking rain water
