Istrian charming antique house is situated in the heart of picturesque village of Svetvinčenat. The house is newly renovated and originally preserved and offers a unique experience to live the daily life of original Istrian inhabitants. The house has two floors and can accommodate up to 8 person. The private courtyard contains BBQ area, sun beds and swimming pool.
To anyone who have intention to visit Istra, be welcome!! Hope all will enjoy the originality and beauty of this land! I'm working in a tourist agency, so with all information, tips and ideas for excursions, I'll be happy to help...
Three names for the same village. Svetvinčenat, Savičenta, San Vincenti... deriving from the name of its patron, martyr Saint Vincent and the abbey holding the same name around which the town has developed. The very heart of this renaissance village is its main square, called „Placa“, together with Morosini-Grimani castle, the landmark of the most important Venetian fortifications in Istria. In the center you'll find a restaurant, two pizzerias, many bars and small groceries stores.
