House is secluded, so it guarantees peace and relaxation. There are no neighbours. so it is great for families with children, or pets, cause there will be nobody to complain. The beach is 2 minutes walk from the house, and it is nice pebble beach, kids friendly. we provide a baby craddle for babys up to 3 months.. there is also a baby bed for kids to 3 years.. baby stroller as well with big tires so you can move good on a gravel road. House consists of 2 separate apartments, and both apartments are fully equiped, with kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, and terraces. both kitchens are fully equiped with all you will need to prepare a great meal. Terraces on the upper floor and lower floor are spacious, but lower is bit bigger. They both have tables, and can fit about 8 people on each terrace or even more if U add a table. It is perfect for dinning together on the open space area. There are grills on both terraces. Also, there are basic spices in the house, like salt, sugar, pepper. oil. If you need a rest from the city hectic way of life, this is a perfect place. The great feature is an outdoor shower.

There is a great beach bar&restaurant with stunning view on the beach 2 minutes from the house. pefect for romantic dinner or dinner that you will remember for lifetime. Also there are kayaks to rent in the same place. Nearest markets are in the city, 3 km from the house. The best restaurant is in Vela luka, Gostiona Feral- family runned with fresh and good prepared food, meat , fish, veggies, everything is an excellent choice.
