This new modern villa of 150 m2 is located in Risika on the island of Krk in an extremely quiet area. On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with deep freezer, coffee machine) and a toilet. Next to the living room there is a terrace with seating. There are three rooms and two bathrooms on the first floor of the villa. The villa is fully air-conditioned and internet and parking are provided. In the courtyard of the villa there is a swimming pool and a covered terrace. The nearest sandy beach is 1 km away, the shop is 50 m away, and the nearest restaurant is 5 km away.
