This is a nice little room located in a family house in one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Split. The house itself is more than a 100 years old, but it has been completely renovated from the inside, with originally kept outside look. It has a nice hidden backyard, perfect for hiding from summer heat. The room is small, but perfect for nice peaceful holidays. A little note, there is a dog on the property, but he is well behaved, he is in the living room, nowhere close to the guests..

The rooms are on the first floor of a very old, however renovated stone house. The house is located in a quiet street with no traffic, the only thing you can hear outside are children playing and sometimes dogs barking. Even though it is so quiet, it's at only a few minutes walking for the historical core of the city where you can find all the sights. Also, the famous Marjan hill is also close, there you can take long walks in the shade hiding from summer heat. The beaches are all around, the closest one at around 15 minutes walking through old neighborhood.
