The apartment is located in a quieter place of Premanture with a beautiful view and is surrounded by greenery. It is 400 meters from the sea, so it is possible to go to the sea on foot. You can easily reach the apartment by car without going through the crowds in the village. The apartment has a private parking space. Animals allowed. Nice view on the large terrace (20m2). Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Other content: * Wi-Fi, *Climate, *Satellite in living room (MAXtv T-com), *Ventilation in the rooms, *TV in the room, *Dishwasher, *Cooking, *Two rooms with large double beds, *Living room with a large sofa.
