This beautiful, luxurious villa is situated in the heart of the magical peninsula Istria and will give you the perfect vacation you need. The spacious, poolside villa offers only luxury and elegance in its 250 sqm, and is ideal for a party of 6, even though it can easily accommodate up to 11 people. The three cozy and warm bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms, so you will have all the privacy you need even if you travel with a group of friends. Talking about privacy, the entire estate disposes with 1400 sqm, and the beautiful, green garden that surrounds the pool will give you shelter from the neighboring houses, shade during the warm summer days, and plenty of places for relaxing moments. The sunny terrace with the swimming pool is our favorite place on the property, since it can offer so many unique experiences during just one day. Refreshment during the morning, the perfect ambience for an easygoing family dinner, and lots of space for the children to play. Upon check in, you will have to pay the security deposit of 500 euros. In case of a young group, the deposit is 1000 euros. The deposit will be returned to you at check out, if there is no damage in the property.
