Vila SPORTIVA ZADAR nalazi se na mirnoj lokaciji, na 3 km od plaže i 4 km od povijesnog centra Zadra. U okviru objekta gostima su na raspolaganju veliki grijani bazen 3,5 x 9 metara, vrt s opremom za roštilj, kuhinja sa dnevnim boravkom, velika terasa sa pogledom na vrt, moderne klimatizirane sobe koja svaka ima svoje kupatilo. Kuća ima LCD TV sa satelitskim programima i besplatni WiFi. U objektu imamo fitness sobu sa potrebnom opremom. Najbliža trgovina prehrambenih proizvoda i pekarnica smještene su 300 metara od objekta. Razni barovi i restoran koji poslužuju jela domaće i međunarodne kuhinje udaljeni su oko 3 km. U povijesnoj jezgri Zadra gosti mogu posjetiti brojne znamenitosti. Među njih spadaju srednjovjekovna crkva sv. Donata i suvremene instalacije Morske orgulje i Pozdrav Suncu. U centru grada moguće je organizirati razne izlete brodom ili izlete u Nacionalni park Plitvička Jezera i Nacionalni park Krka. Ovaj objekt nalazi se na 4 km od autobusnog stajališta i 6 km od trajektne luke. Zračna luka u Zadru udaljena je 13 km od naše vile.
