This romantic stone house, located on top of the hill of the old town of Vrsar has got beautifully designed interior and a terrace with plants. Next to the castle and only 300 m from the beach, playground, bars, restaurants, magnificent views of the Vrsar's archipelago. Free parking 200 m away. On the ground floor is a island kitchen made of natural materials, living room, toilet. The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Sandi and I have been working in Istria for quite some time. As an interior designer with my own studio, and with a passion for Mediterranean architecture, its materials, and natural forms, I planned our Villa through the careful selection of materials and design. Sandi is a businessman and but also a hedonist – he loves wine and Istrian delicacies, of which there are plenty… We all like to hit the road and travel around, so we were able to combine our knowledge and experiences in designing our Villa, not just for it to be a beautiful place to stay but also to meet your needs as a guest. Come and enjoy, our Stone House Orsera!
Although the house is located in the centre of Vrsar oldtown it is facing the calmer side so you will enjoy your privacy. Following the streets leading from the house you will discover the charm of old stone buildings, adorable cafés and shops with local products. The town of Vrsar is quiet yet lively. There are beach spots and areas of the oldtown that are quiet while you can find live music on the main square and happenings beside marina every evening. The sea views are definitely a special charm.
