The apartment includes a living room, bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi-fi, and free parking space. There is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is housed in a building on a third floor. Building dose not have elevator. The building has a yard and a children's park. Bedroom has a queen bed (160x200). Living room has a sofa which can be folded into bed (140x200). The apartment is very suitable for 3 people (2+1).
