This is a studio apartment of 21m2. It has a small bathroom, kitchenette and living room, which is also a bedroom. The apartment has a sofa bed with a mattress topper. Ideal for one or two. Next to the front door there is a space provided for storing shoes and coats, and in the room there is a closet where other things can be stored. The apartment is located a few kilometers outside the city center, parking for cars is free, tram lines, which are a minute walk, 15 minutes to the city center. Because of to the small size, we wrote that it is not for children solely because of the small space and the impossibility of putting an extra bed for a child.
Guests are welcome by someone fromč the family (Bruno, Darija or Robert) depending on who is currently free of their work.
The settlement where the apartment is located is called Utrina and is about 1 kilometer away from Lake Bundek, and about 3 kilometers from Lake Jarun. Within a 2-minute walk there are 2 markets, a well-stocked market, a DM, a pharmacy and lots of cafes and a patisserie with terraces. The large Avenue Mall is a 30-minute walk away.
