This apartment was fully renovated in 2023 and it is situated in the strict city center (just on the Marmontova street). It is rare in the center to have as much of nature all around the place with terrace that looks on city center and garden downstairs. It is south side on the terrace so there is a lot of sun during the day.
So strict city center where you have a lot of restaurants, bars, night clubs, theater, fish market on 1 min, green market on 5 min, main promenade Riva is 2 min walk and the Bacvice beach is 10 min walk. Strict center area is with no traffic so parking is not so close to the property.
